All retail prices shown on our online store include GST. trade prices Exclude GST
packaging and freight are extra to the prices shown
 
Payments
 
Payment is accepted by Cheque, credit card or alternatively by bank transfer to our account.
Goods will not be packaged and or dispatched until payment has cleared.
Please note bank transfer will not appear in our account until the next working day.
 
We are not able to offer Cash on delivery terms.
 
Trade Accounts
 
In order to offer the best possible prices Savona operate limited trade account facility
 
Please be sure you read and accept our terms below before applying for account facilities
 
  • Trade accounts will only be made available to clients with a proven trading history amounting to more than $16,000 of transactions with Savona Ltd and only after credit application has been submited and checked and three references verified 
  • When a trade account is authorised a limited , account balance limit will be applied to the account of not more than $12,000 per month  
  •  
  • Accounts will be on the basis of payment within 30 days of goods invoice Not 20th of month following
  •  
  • Accounts will without exception be frozen if the account limit is exceeded or if any individual invoice is unpaid at 30 days  
  • Account facilities which show multiple occasions of default may be withdrawn  
  • Savona reserves the right to charge an interest fee of 5% per month of any outstanding balance along with all costs incurred in securing its collection, including the charges of a third party collections agent 
  • Goods will be invoiced on the date of dispatch - payment is due on thirty days from invoice

Special Order Items

  • All special order items sourced from outside NZ at the cliens request are subject to a deposit on order of 60% of the order value
  • this applies to both retail  clients and trade account clients

 

Guarantees

All Guarantees are effective from the date of invoice

Goods lost or delayed in transit should be reported as soon as posible -

All items sold by savona ltd are guaranteed for one year (unless otherwise stated) against manufacture / product failure either directly by savona or through the product manufacturer we reserve the right not to cover damage as the result of incorrect installation or damage as the result of mis handling or inproper use.

Some goods may have longer period guarantees through the originating manufacturer as refered to in the product areas of our website

Goods received by the client should be checked at the time of delivery......

Goods lost or damaged in transit are covered providing

All goods must be checked for damage at the time of delivery, Savona are not able to accept liability for damaged goods not reported within three working days of receipt .  

Claims for damaged goods must be reported to savona within three working days of reciept, any damaged goods claim made after this time will be at the discretion of Savona Limited.

Savona accept no liability for structural / decorative or secondary damage to non associated items caused by failed products. The extent of our guarantee is product replacement only.

Unused Items returned without intact original packaging or missing instruction manuals will incure a re stocking charge of 15%.

We reserve the right to apply a 5% re stocking charge on goods ordered and later returned for credit, this charge will apply in all cases for Radiators - Towel rails - and boilers

Products may or may not be further covered by manufacturer guarantees.

Your statutory rights are in no way restricted. 

 

Faulty or failed appliances

Should you recieve an appliance with set up fault or  faulty componet - Savona will cover the costs incured of correcting a set up fault to the sum $200 but only only following notification of any such fault to savona - and our issuing of a fault rectification approval number - We do not cover any costs that have not been previously sanctioned in respect of appliance faults

Any component part deamed to be faulty at the time of commisioning will be replaced by savona FOC. As above we will cover costs to the value of $200 providing a rectification number has been issued

If an issue is identified that the client feels is significant, - the installer/purchasor should contact savona who will after review of the issue approve replacement or engage an engineer to rectify as appropriate  

  

Installation

Savona do not in any way guarantee the workmanship of any installer or contractor

Though savona may offer the names of companies or individuals who are happy to price for installation of our products , We can in no way guarantee the quality of any installers  workmanship - it remains your responsibility as the customer to ensure you are happy to enter into any installation contract.
